Visible water leaks, infiltration, signs of forced entry or damage — spotted before they grow.
Photo report within 48 hours
A clear, time-stamped photographic record sent by WhatsApp or email after each visit.
Regular airing of the villa
Opening windows to help keep the villa fresh, ventilated and welcoming.

Pre-arrival preparation
Villa opened, aired and gently prepared before your arrival or before approved visitors arrive.
Departure closing
Final walk-through, windows secured and villa locked up after departure.
Parcel reception

Meet authorised visitors or service providers on site to provide access, according to written instructions.
Key collection & secure storage
Discreet collection of your keys and secure storage between visits.

Sacred Keys is being set up as a formal professional service in Spain. Professional liability insurance will be arranged before the start of any regular client service, giving owners a clear and secure framework from the beginning.
Sacred Keys is dedicated to private villa care and key holding. Holiday rental management, Airbnb/Booking support, cleaning coordination and full property management are not offered.
