Visible leaks, infiltration, visible signs of damage, concern, forced entry or unusual change — spotted and reported before they grow.
Selected systems and appliance checks
Electricity, air conditioning, water heater or selected household appliances can be checked according to your instructions, when accessible and within the service framework.
OPTIONAL SUPPORT
Additional Services
All additional services are subject to availability and arranged by prior written request and mutual written agreement. Advance notice is appreciated so each service can be organised with care.
Arrival Preparation
Villa aired, accessible areas checked and simple pre-arrival touches prepared according to written instructions.
Departure Closing
Post-departure visit to close and check the villa properly after your stay.
Delivery Reception
Scheduled delivery reception at the villa: opening the property, allowing access, receiving the delivery and closing afterwards.
Access for Authorised Visitors
Secure access or key handover for a person authorised by the owner, during a scheduled Sacred Keys visit.
Pre-paid Grocery Collection & Storage
Collection of a pre-paid grocery order and simple storage at the villa according to the owner's written instructions.
Exceptional Check
Additional physical visit outside the usual weekly schedule, during opening hours, on written request.
Weather Check
Extra visual check after strong weather, on written request and subject to availability.
Out-of-Hours Intervention
Exceptional physical visit outside opening hours, weekends or public holidays, on the owner's written request.
